:disclaimer - I don't have a Vishnu exhaust on my car, yet.
I think the Signature Series 3" system is still the most advanced, power-producing exhaust available for the WRX, especially with an upgraded turbo. The standard Vishnu exhaust (without the divorced wastegate downpipe) is also very good but there is a lot more competition compared to when it was first released.
Fit and finish on Vishnu exhausts are supposed to be of very high quality. I've seen the Signature Series installed on a WRX and it looks great.
