I am a member of another forum (which shall remain nameless) and I thought THEY were a bunch of candy-asses. Seriously, problems with a pull-out antenna, how lame and lazy can you guys be? You dont even have to get out of your car! Heated mirrors, wipers, seats, leather, gps navigation system, in dash dvd player.....please, do you want all these for free or do you want to jack the price up to 30G's? This car was made for performance, not luxury. If you want all these items for that price, get a 3 series and let the rest of us enjoy the WRX the way it is for the price we pay.

striklybidnis, I understand that the car is only $25K and not the $40K of a BMW. I am not asking for much, but the WRX really should have an optional moonroof and optional heated mirrors and wipers. Also, you do not need a power antenna. My Jetta has a "whip antenna" which is like 3 feet long and always extended. Of course I changed it to this 3 inch long aftermarket antenna but my point is, the WRX manual antenna looks crappy when the antenna is extended.
98exploderPOS, sorry about your mom's car man. But why didn't your car wash tell you that your atenna was up??? Every time I go for a car wash they check and make sure all my windows are up and my moonroof is closed. Also, they unscrew my antenna and hand it to me, even though the antenna will make it through the car wash fine!
