the car doesn't move until l let the clutch off all the way.. which cause bad launch. so my question is can l install a clutch kit by myself?

also sometimes my gas pedal stacks. l am pressing but it doesn't go and suddenly it goes. should l just use some oil to make it slippery or it is something else?
