Boost actuator?
I am reading this magazine called subie sport and noticed an ad for a shop promoting parts. One of the parts is a boost actuator, it says "an avo actuator endows the factory turbo with more solid boost response, also ensuring that boost is maintained at pre-set level. This results in increased torque and power with high levels of response." Is this true? Do you gain power and torque or what? If so do you recomend getting one and which one would be a good one to buy?

I had an HKS actuator on my 1988 Nissan Cefiro (RB20DET) in Japan.
The only thing I noticed was a quicker boost response and the waste gate being kept open rather than closing when the stock actuator would start to weaken, resulting in a longer period of boost.
