4th Gear Grind

I just purchased a Forester XT 2.5 Turbo 5spd 2 weeks ago. It now has 800 miles on it and is back at the dealer waiting to be torn down to see what has broken. Anybody ever had problems getting into 4th gear?

hmm..
i can shift into 4th with the clutch.
but before when i was rev matching each gear and engaging without clutch...4th woudl never work for me.
i do not know enough about transmission...but i know it is one of the working parts of that gear at fault.

i know on syncrho mesh boxes we dont do that kinda stuff...but u gotta try everything just to see quality of the box.

i used to race karts...so i konw what im doing
