Being that I owned a WRX for 2 years(now have an STi) I was never impressed with the performance all the way across the board even after I had done quite a bit of work to it. The STi is so much better of a car in every aspect and is everything I wanted my WRX to be and a lot more.

I was talking about the stopping power of the Subaru 4 pots vs. the Brembo 4 pots. With some better lines, rotors, and brake fluid the brembos can be a lot better, but stock for stock, the difference is not that much of a factor.
rex408- maybe you got a bad set of brakes on your car. I would go to the dealership and have them take a look at them and make sure everything is alright.

i drive the fastest car on my block, so i have given plenty of rides, the first thing people say after catching there breath is wow this stops fast! to the point you feel like your going to get a nose bleed, there is no doubt in my mind it's your car.
