Yeah, I think the insurance rates will be mad to begin with and then, after some jacktools crash a few, the rates will be up there with Vipers and 911's, hehe.
Thats what happened with the WRX anyways. Now I wish that I got a New Age RS, since everything that makes a WRX what it is has already been swapped. But, I am still stuck with the WRX VIN#. ARG!!!

If your driving record is good enough it should'nt be a problem right? Well I really don't care either way it sounds worth it to me.The cobra mustang is over two grand to insure here in PA.So the sti can't be much more considering the power to weight ratio.

A Reg WRX is symbol 17(s) will mean PERFORMANCE, on the insurance industry and 23or24 is the highest it go.........I mean alot of ppl don't really look at the insurance but I know for sure the STi insurance is going to be up there. but again some ppl still don't care to pay couple a gran for a year

geez...i have at least 40 tickets lifetime...probably more. license been suspended 3 times....2 times for points violations....for speeding. however, i've only had 1 ticket in the past 22 months...a personal record!!! insurance is gonna rape me though.
the price we adrenaline junkies pay for fun....and before you jump in about be being an irresponsible, unsafe *******, i have never been even close to having a wreck on a public highway. i drive safely, skillfully, and ***** out fast! i work too much so no time for track...no track around here either....cept nascar....ugggh!
rednecks!!!
point: insurance bad for me
