And yes, a simple alignment would correct alot of the problem by giving the front wheels a bit more grip and by evening out the camber in the rear will allow the rear in conjuction with the more negative front camber will make it less understeer prone.

I've been saying the same thing for months seemingly to deaf ears. I even had my alignment modded and guess what, I'm putting it back to stock.
Here are the alignment figures on my car before & after repair. Keep in mind my car was impacted at a low speed from a closing distance of about 6 feet against the front left by a Caddilac CTS. Other than that it has not seen a bump, pothole, curb or impact in its life.
Before Measurements:
LF = -2.0 Camber / 4.2 Caster / -0.55 Toe
RF = -0.8 Camber / 4.5 Caster / -0.54 Toe
* Total Toe -1.10 / Steer Ahead 0.00
LR = -0.8 Camber / 0.01 Toe
RR = -1.6 Camber / 0.16 Toe
* Total Toe 0.17 / Thrust Angle -0.08
Current Measurements:
LF = -1.0 Camber / 4.2 Caster / 0.00 Toe
RF = -0.8 Camber /4.5 Caster / 0.00 Toe
* Total Toe 0.00 / Steer Ahead 0.00
LR = -0.9 Camber / 0.02 Toe
RR = -1.7 Camber / 0.13 Toe
* Total Toe 0.15 / Thrust Angle -0.06
Also if you adjust the tire air pressure by +/- 2 or 3 PSI the car handles completely different not to mention front to rear bias.
Folks should complain less and understand/experiment with what they have more.

i do think my car is sitting kinda tall in some tight canyon runs
this is kinda obvious in Turnbull Canyon road, Whittier Ca. if you know been there u know how tight it is.
on left to right turn swings. the car feels like it floats for 1 second, which is quite devastating to my confidence.
but i am really happy w/ my - 1 camber up front.

RichQy,
You should look into the JDM STi lowering springs or even the rock hard tarmac springs. Buzz me direct and I'll explain it all to you and provide a good source to get it quick.
