But for what it's worth, C&D says a Legacy B4 will probably make it to the U.S. by 2004, but with a 2.5 single-turbo instead of the current 2.0 twin-turbo setup.

There is also a SOA rep that posted some info regarding whet he was hearing. Personaly, and at the risk of comiting I-club blasphomy I have been considering waiting a bit on the Sti to see.

ouch if 350 is too much for the sti tranny to handle.. that means all the people who wants to mod the 300hp sti over to 400 hp will be dissapointed.. at least for the wrx it kan go to 320hp without replacing the transmission.. its worse for the STI???

probably not too much for it to handle
but too much for the levels that the avg tuner would put the engine too
the torque that turning up the boost would cause would probably destroy it
just think it's making 350 hp hout of the 6cyl... now you turn up the boost a bit and all of a suddent 450hp is a very obtainable number out of 3L of displacement,

zero sports uses a N 1 clutch kit.. for the STi
not a entirely new tranny..
they have 6 MT for the WRX
but apparently STi didn't need one..
