very weak FM signal after switching to ALPINE deck

Hey, I had stock 05 WRX player, all the radio stations were very strong. After replacing it with Alpine Mp3 player can barely find one station that has decent signal. I got booster, didn't really help. Signal gets better when I move antenna wire around (next to deck)..but only for 1 second
I ran my subwoofer wire next to antenna, do you guys think that can cause bad "reception", electomagnetic field from 12V subwoofer wire can cause it?

You probably did not connect the power wire in the harness for the antenna amplifier. Beginning in '04 Subaru went to the in-glass antenna in the Impreza with an inline amplifier, it's very common when installing an aftermarket HU to neglect the wire for it. There's a thread on NASIOC in the Car Stereo section that discusses this in detail.

Did you hook the antenna wire to the antenna wire on the deck or the remote wire? some decks have both. Did you add tint with the install?
