Question Sirius Satellite Radio Reciever

Hi, my sis forwarded an email to me about her friends car. He needs a lil help..

Here’s what he needs:

A "Wired FM Modulator Relay" that works with the 2005 Subaru Outback car radio. This will be used to connect his "Sirius Satellite Radio Receiver" to my car radio- thus bypassing having to connect the two receivers via airwaves (i.e. 88.1 FM spectrum)

He took the Modulator Relay into Best Buy yesterday and they said the Subaru radio antenna does not work with the "Wired FM Modulator Relay" that he bought (item # = "P/N 14110"). They said he should talk to Subaru about the possibility of them having an adapter that would fit on top of the antenna cord.

If you guys have any helpful info please post up or send him an email > ctucker at verisign.com

Thank you!

I had installed an FM mod to my stock '40 WRX radio with no problem. You do'nt need a adapter.
