Question on installing aftermarket alarm

I got it installed at this crappy place near Mobile, AL. They were called Monster Audio. I am going to get a bypass and install it correctly when I get the chance. They had the bypass with the spare key, but they couldn't get it to work. Not sure what they were doing wrong, it didn't look too difficult. I was just glad to get my car out of there before the hurricane hit.

I installed the bypass for my alarm today.I went ahead and tied into the neutral position sensor for the remote start. The NPS wire was the Green/Black wire. It was ground when in neutral and constant voltage in gear. I tied in at the ECU, the green/black wire is on the plug closest to the firewall. It's nice to have the alarm and transponder working properly.
