My $.02 would be to go to a local shop and buy a alarm and have it installed by the shop so that they can warranty it if there is ever a problem. Most installers and shops hate installing alarms that are A) Bought somewhere else B) are a "No Name" product.
Check out some of these guys.....
Mobile Audio & Cellular in Salinas, ask for Rubin. They do Autopage, check out the RS855LCD
Good Luck

I checked out that alarm. I was starting to lean towards one of the Viper ones because of the built in turbo timer, but I see that one has it too. Do you know how much it costs for the alarm and install at that place in salinas?
