Many question concerning subwoofer placement and direction.
1. Subwoofer through the ski pass-through
To those who have this kind of setup. What are the effect when the armrest and/or the metal plat is back up blocking the hole? What have you guys done to resolve the problem, if any occur.
2. Subwoofer firing direction
What are the effects of having two subwoofers facing each other? Will the wave cancel each other out? What about turning them slightly pointing toward the cabin of the car, or have them pointing away from each other.
Many thanks,

Question one: I have 2 jl 12's W3v2's in a box in my trunk. I just make sure that I have that center pass always folded down. U can have it folded up the only difference is that the subs are somewhat muffled.
Question 2. My subs face each other. The best thing u can do is make a bampass box. This is where the subs face each other but there are also tubs in side where the subs are that led out to other sides of the box so the air can vent. No matter what people tell u don’t put two subs facing each other and having a portal for them. That’s basically a half-*** bampass box and it sounds like ****. I know this cuz that is the way mine is cuz I got lazy and I regret not finishing what I started.
Hope this helps
If u want pics of how my box is just pm me.
