JUST installed 6.5 inch alpine type r speakers in rear deck!

2.) Now you will need to put in your speakers to see if they fit, if they do, great, if not you will need to trace the area where you will need to cut to get them to fit correctly. The problem is the metal part fo the rear deck is not flat. i used some dynamat to make it completely flat.
3.) Now, heres the problem. You are not able to drill through the top but up from the bottom because there is no room from the top. Find an imaginative way to transfer the hole from the top to the bottom and drill up through the top.
4.) Now, put the part of the rear deck back on that is carpeted and I used a carpet knife to cut out the area where the speaker will be.
5.) All you will need to do is drop the speaker in, and then screw it in. I get no rattlying now as well.
6.) In order to get those child saftey seat things to fit you will need to dremel part of it out.
NOt the best how to, if you need any help just pm me or post and i will try and help.

So you're running the front stage and rear doors off deck power, while running the rear deck off the 2 channel amp? Just curious but why not run the front off the amp? It should provide betting staging and sound.....and bring more bass to the front.
