how is the setup going so far? like how are the controls? any problems with it? and can you access all the stuff in the ipod from the deck?
I'm still thinking of getting the ipod module for my alpine deck

i must be the only person who prefered using a mini to rca hookup for the ipod. i couldn't justify spending 100 dollars for the k420i. true, it may be more convenient for most people, since the HU will show the files on the ipod, but i spent 20 dollars for the Aux in wire, and i am very happy with just using the ipod controls. i even talked to an alpine rep, and he said he had used both and the difference between the two is minimal as far as sound quality goes.

Car Info: No car right now....sob.
Did you install the Deck yourself? If so, how difficult was it? I want to eventually have close ot the same set-up, but have minimal car electronics experience.
