18" Subs
First of all you are moving A LOT of air in a tightly sealed trunk space. Also realize that you are adding a lot of weight in a subby that has major power potential. My suggestion with 10+ years experience in car audio....use spray dynomat and remove your speakers in the rear deck. Those rear speakers are gonna have busted surrounds soon anyway from the air that the subs are moving, plus it makes for a GREAT natural horn for those 18"'s to move. You'll notice much better bass response from reflections off the back window, and it will let some of that pressure out of the trunk space. It will more than likely reduce the rattling. Try it and let me know if it works dude!

Dyno-mat!
Yes. Dynomat. Lots of it. A little will help a little a lot will help a little more. For major rattle it's more the placement and not the amount, but I bought a 130 dollar trunk kit(used almost all of it) and then got some"Tuff Stuff" from home depot and used it to seal up the gaps in the trunk. Man that baby is solid now. My license plate and bumper rattle a bit and I'll eventually pinpoint where I need to apply the next batch at when I get around to it. I also ripped up old t-Shirts and jammed them in between the metal trunk supports and the thin wooden paneling behind the rear seat headrests. That stops that paneling from vibrating too much. My whole trunk is pratically coated in dynamat and the quality is 100% better with it than without it. The tuff stuff takes care of small 3 dimentional spaces you need sealed like the gaps in the trunk lid. You'll have to do it a little at a time and let it dry completely, but it helps. I'm no expert but I know what works.
