Am i on track, JVC and orion?
i am due to get my new STI late june and since it doesnt come with a radio this is what i was thinking about.... maybe you guys could help me since i know NOTHING about car stereo...
I am looking at the JVC Arsenal KD-SH9750..... i like the fact that it looks like brushed aluminum and it would match the STI's gauge rings....
I was also thinking about Orion speakers... and possibly a lil 5 channel amp to run everthing... something like a MTX. If anyone knows anything about this stuff could you give me some help and see if im on the right track?

when you a car like that you cant cheap out on the speakers man. ok lets start with the deck. No dont get it. get an eclipse or alpine deck youll notice the difference. or you can get an indash screen but i think thats a lil too much. the orion speakers are not bad. you can always try JL, Mb quarts, rockford or jbl. all depends on your preference. my best advice is to go to your local car audio store and listen to all of it. bring one of your fav cd's and see how the speakers do. and third. that mtx amp is good for raw power. might wanna go buy it off the net since itll be cheaper then stores. and one more suggestion, maybe a sub in the back if you want a lil thump in your ride. peace!
