most guys that have been here for a while are pretty mellow. they get hyped from time to time when they get a kick *** deal in their pipe line, but some of the newer guys are type A and not too level headed.

i work for Bryco Funding. its pretty nice here. they advertise to we dont have to call people all day long asking if they want to refi. we usually get enough add calls so everyone gets one. thats about 20 new leads a month. of thoes 20 you should be able to sell about 3 or 4. thats the average here.

you don NOT want to work for ameriquest. they are going down BIG! there is some 1 billion dollar law suit against them because of their unfair lending practices. they have been known to inflate interest rates of spanish borrowers. that way they get paid more.
