so that drawer was a random collection of patterns that were not organized... which is understandable because customers weren't supposed to open it to see...

so the store clerk yells back and the lady's all like: i can'tbelieve you're not helping me. i'm the customer. your store is soooooo disorganized. and you're giving me attitude??
