because with the reliability of high speed internet (ie TWC).. if your internet is ever down. your phone will be down also.

Without internet you can't use magic jack either.

 

TW is up 99.9% of the time

 

TW is good, just not in our area. Unfortunately we live in this limbo space between 2 upgraded areas. Sorta like the valley of the dead kings or whatever, its there, but no one really knows it. It's like the City of Atlantis. So no one has bothered to come out and upgrade our lines. Because well, aside from our community on that street. There is nothing else, so we are treated like the red headed step child. Up the hill are million dollar homes. Go the OTHER way on our street, you will reach Diamond Ranch HS which i'm sure has something decent. So yeah, unless they come out to upgrade our ****.. TW sucks for us...
