coming from friends who were honda fanboys i always looked at the yamahas. Always had insanely low dry weight when the R6 first came out. around 370 or so IIRC when all the other bikes had 410-420 or so. I personally liked the riding position of the yamahas compared to the gixxers which had pegs further back for more of a racing position. Anyways niki, sit on both and see which one suits you the most.
