apple's great and I was interested in their laptops. However, their thin design on their high end MB pros worry me. Limited space for heat to escape and there is only so much cooling you can fit into that crammed compartment. They also have a nasty history of not applying the thermal grease properly which lead to some overheating problems in the past. In that case, i'd rather pay less and get a cheaper sony. I've almost become a laptop expert with the issues I experienced with mine.... However, the software is great. If leopard can run in window env just as quick, I wouldn't mind getting a macbook if I had the money.

If leopard can run on a PC .. it would be a huge break in apple.
considering that all the new apple uses intel, I wouldn't be suprise that people hack leopard very soon to work with pc hardware.
btw i love my acer.. it doesn't get too hot.. and runs great.. except for vista of course. That's microsoft's fault.
