well it looks like apple did their part then and I stand corrected... All they have to do is point to the instructions and they have their asses covered. If that is the case, the retailer should also indicate that to the buyer as well and the lawsuit will be laughed at in court.

eh its another quirk about apples design process. Dont get me wrong i love my ipod but when i heard you cant change the battery and had to send back to apple for a $90 battery change, thats complete bs. Hence the ipod hate propanda. Ive since changed my battery for 25bucks shipped. Dont look at the internals of an ipod if you have a weak stomach.

Apple designs have always been 'fresh' and people dig it. unfortunately apple prides themselves on design vs function. Thats like an architect designing a house with no windows and a door that can only be opened from the outside.

nonetheless, the designs from apple are badass. Functional? I think not.

i thought it was a bit cheesy until the story came together (unlike rush hour 3, which was the cheeze throughout, ugh hehe)... good, funny movie though
