Would you change...

I'm with Eddie.. I changed my major three (almost four) times.
I began as an undeclared/liberal arts major, and decided on studying international trade immediately. After the first year, I realized I enjoyed something more social/behavior sciences, and then switched over to economics to avoid wasting half of my first year credits. By the end of my sophomore year, I was hating life, and realized it was because of school. I finally decided I was going to study what I enjoyed and declared myself an anthropology major. As for consistency, I maintained a declared minor in mathematics my entire academic career. I was even able to double minor in child development, which relates to my current field of work.
I'll be graduating from UCLA this Spring with a Bachelor's of Science in Anthropology, emphasis in primatology and double minor in mathematics and child development, w00t! College graduates rule.
I have no regrets.. Sometimes, it takes a while to figure out what *you* want to do. I realized I would've been pretty miserable for the next three years if I studied trade or economics. Like Ian said above, just because you graduate doesn't guarantee you have any direction in life yet.

My first time in college I went to the Academy of Arts in the Bay area. That didn't work out for me so I decided to take a break.
Now that I've established myself in the Automotive Industry, I went back to school for a BS in Business and International Marketing. I'm going to use the sources I have made here to get my foot in the door with the career I want. Supreme BS lazy bum in the the Automotive Industry.

P.S. I took a year and a half off to work in the automotive industry, but will be graduating in five. Take school at your own pace... Unless you have parents breathing down your back.

I started as a business major then just took all Econ courses and got my degree in that. Then I went back and got a Masters in Arabic Language and Culture. I think I may look into a Phd program within the next few years.
