Went to Dromo1 for the first time...

My fastest lap was something like 24.571.

I was racing with some guy from Kazz, I think his name was Karim or something, cool guy. It was a good night, except for some dude who apparently goes there all the time with a primer helmet. He had a faster lap time than me by several tenths of a second but, ended up last because he got black flagged. He shoved me and couple of my girl-friends against the wall.

Well, it was overall a good time feed my hunger for speed without spending a whole bunch of cash.

Everyone there I talked to know several of you scic guys, especially franco and mike.

When I get a chance, I'll post up my timeslip.

you should come out with us some time. franco is the master at the pit maneuver and we used to have 4 people flash "no bumping" signs at us the entire race. lol. too bad a lot of the people that worked there quit, the older staff was super cool..

Just went there yesterday. I hit a 24.8 with the tires starting to die out on me. Car got REALLY loose in the lasy 7-8 laps. Started sliding every corner.

It's fun but it's DAMN hot.... then again, when is racing not? Also, it's really hard to pass someone when they're sliding everywhere haha

I 've never driven on Adams track, but my son has been on the 5yr old beginning track. am I mistaken or does their big track have a elevation change and a banked turn. I've had two classes and driven several times at KRC at Willow springs they have shifter karts and I had 2 classes of instruction at Jim Hall years ago. I have a track magic P Leopard in the garage. it only has an hour of use. D-1 is too small IMO but it is organized well and that makes it fun.
