Thumbs up Go: Pirelli Pzero Nero M+S

Good Grip and do well in snow and rain is what i'm looking for.

Also don't wanna spend $800 for a set.

I have Pirelli PZero Nero M+S 215/45-17 tires on UK17s that are good in snow and rain. Had them on since July 4th weekend and like them a lot. Not as good of grip as the Potenza S-03 tires I had before, but definitely grip well and have the flexibility of being all-season. They seem to be wearing well considering how hard I run them. I probably spent about $600 for the set installed at Americas Tires off Brokaw/880 in Santa Clara-San Jose.

yeah i wouldn't want to spend too much money on tire unless you intend to run them on autox , track or rally..
if just for daily driving.. seem like alittle excessive..
that's when u need 2 set of rims.. and tire..
one for daily and one for track.

why change wheels then? should you just upgrade the tires then?

i feel chosing the right tire should be based on driving habits. if you drive daily and like to carve on/off ramps at a decent speed, why wouldnt you want to settle on a nice set of tires? everyone has there own financial limtations so, save some cash or get the best that you can afford.

right, i agree but im just saying if you are someone who hits turns hard and fast (yes im talking about you eddie) then get the absolute best that you can afford. its like why have dp/up exhaust etc for a daily driver? some would say thats a little excessive right?

i have a 10 mile commute now and hardly shift above 3k so im barely if at all hitting boost. so why have a turbo car? well, cuz i love hitting those turns when i have a chance...

my 0.02

the ra-juans were great for aggressive driving. All grip, but when you need it to slip it will. It give great indication when you're reaching the tires limit.

Too bad they only lasted me 3 oil changes 8,000 miles
