If you plan to build it from scratch be ready to be able to troubleshoot ****.
Just get a damn dell and be done with it. It might be even cheaper then building one from scratch.

I have a handfull of friends that have ibuypower computers, and they love em. NOTE THAT YOU WILL SAVE LIKE $2-400 BY BUILDING YOUR OWN COMPUTER.
