Jake Anthony Tuason was very close to me. I am his half-brother, but always felt like blood brothers especially during the time when i helped him get his 05' STi. We worked on my Forester FXT, and planned many things together. I was glad that we were able to hang more than ever, and kept in-touch on a daily basis. This is the closest I've ever been to him. He wanted to spend time with his nephews like back in the days. All three of them really looked up to his knowledge and experience in everything that he did. Jake really taught them about how to be a role-model and over all good person. He also taught me many things about cars and life. For the Tuason Family, this is a great loss. I just pray that those people who did this will be put to justice swiftly. I thank each and every one of you that has posted your feelings and wanted to know what happen. Please just be careful out there; never accept a challenge unless you know the person. You never know what they will do because you have a faster car or you beat them. It is his death we are mourning about, but we are also celebrating what he has done to touch the lives of many. Thank you again and please spread the word.

In behalf of the Tuason family, we would like to express our gratitude to those who gave their prayers, sympathy and condolences. We are so encouraged to see how much friendship Jake Anthony O. Tuason has. Just witnessing the motorcade for about over a mile stretch, and for those who stayed along the side of his family, even the rain was pouring down. For Jake Anthony O. Tuason who never left home, but He went Home to the Lord. We will continue Jake’s legacy. Again, thank you very much for all your love and prayers.
