Oh, and you do "lose" the ability for traffic school if you decide to contest it IN court, in front of the judge. You get to choose... "Traffic School" or "Plead Your Case".
And if you do get ticketed in a county in which you don't reside in... you have to ask at the time of being ticketed that you request a seat in *your* local county - if he refuses, have it written on your ticket before you sign.

yea i would say u could get away with it. but if you fight it and loose you cannot take traffic school.
i got gayed more than u did i got a ticket for going 28 in a 25 school zone. yea... 3 miles per hour over the limit. he clocked me and he was on a bike.

depends on the speed, i think!
My ticket in Riverside Co. was 180'ish, I believe... which wasn't too bad! I had one up north (Monterey area) which was 350~, and then an 800 one in LA County.

i was 16 mph over the limit. hope its under 300...
