should we go support louis on miles 20-26

im thinking the later miles are hard to do
i dont knwo where he will need his second wind, so thats hard to plan
but the later miles means we can sleep in
it starts at 8.30
3 hours to get to us?




what do you think louis

The name marathon comes from the legend of Pheidippides, a Greek soldier, who was sent from the town of Marathon to Athens to announce that the Persians had been defeated in the Battle of Marathon. It is said that he ran the entire distance without stopping and burst into the Senate, exclaiming "Νενικήκαμεν" (Nenikékamen, 'We have won') before collapsing and dying of exhaustion
