sheesh, what a sad and eventful weekend.

Well, my car is now officially for sale.

$24,500.

Comes with:
-Enkei RPF-1 18x8 GOLD
-Eibach Pro-Kit
-GP Moto Elbow
-Cusco Rear sway bar
-Some audio stuff.

The process of parting it out was an ordeal in itself.

Friday: I was scheduled to install the Defi's w/ the pod. He was late, I was super tired. However, I had a TON of wiring to pull out of my car. EDFC, SE Bluetooth Kit, Alpine I-Pod interface, Defi Power + all sensors, Turbo Timer. I also needed to pull my Oil Pressure sensor from the gallery plug and my header elbow. I did all that and put all the Defi stuff in his car. Everything was cool... Finished at 3:00am. That sucked. Especially since Chong was supposed to be at my house early. Went to sleep at 4am. (On a side note: I installed the Defi using the ON position instead of the ACC so that they wouldn't double sweep. I didn't work.)

Saturday: Chong got to my house at 7:30 (!) We began at 8am. Took off my TBE, installed my stock TBE. Then the recipient of my TBE arrived. LATE. (What the heck is up with everyone and timing!) We started to do his car. Everything went smooth. We then put my car up in my garage, we wanted to push it up Chong's ramps.. This is when everything went downhill and very fast.. Chong almost sliced off two fingers. His wheel slipped and he pinned his fingers between a spoke and the BREMBO. That sucked. Luckily, looks like he's gonna be ok, but he's got a nice mark from the caliper on one finger and a nice round purple spot from the bleeder on another.

Then the other guy came over and we all swapped suspension in the front. Removed the brake pads to swap with Chong, also. After he left, progress got slow.. and after all was said and done, it was 2am, and my car was STOCK. Somewhere in the middle I forgot to mention that I almost got ran over by my own car. sheesh, I had this guy try out my clutch to see if he wanted to swap... I thought he was gonna kill me AND run into the wall in the garage.

So, this whole weekend, including last night, I think I've slept something like 8 hours and now Im traveling at work.

Thanks for reading this long and rambling message

Buy my car

PS: Thanks to Chong for all the hard work.

Well, its really no big deal most of the time, its just that he got caught sleeping when it happened. When going up a hill, its a lot easier to push a car by the wheels/tires than by the car itself.

he got caught sleeping.

Plus, it was his choice!

Either way, it just sucked that it happened... it wasn't the only incident that day too... My lack of sleep made me make one mistake. I flipped the guy's sway bar. Bent an endlink. Luckily I have a pair of Hotchkis endlinks that I never used. He got himself some free stuff.
