on top of that ask ruben how he feels about them too
but back on brakes I wouldn't trust them for ****. Do you really think they know what they're talking about?
Even tho this other company used to be my competition, I agree with them.

You talk to Bob Lee about what he thinks of Axxis pads. He'll say they're great. I agree.
After reading what Gruppe-S said, they're sense of brake kncwledge is minimal.

don't get me wrong, I'm not saying hawk is a bad pad.
Its just what gruppe-s is saying, they sell axxis pads, and they knock them down too. It's like me saying hey buy Subaru, they're great cars but their trannys will explode
Yes I've read and talked with people about axxis pads fade and they're junk yada yada.
I work in the brake business(not sales but development) and believe axxis is one of the better pads out there. As long as the rest of your brake system can support the type of driving you're trying to do, then the brakes should hold up.

from my short experience ever since i put on the axxis ULT around 15k miles..
i been on them for about 5k miles.. and i love them...
i mean except for the fact they dust like crazy (it just means it's working).. they grab really well. and i have yet to experience fade with those pads.
when i read gruppe-s comment it just totally blew me away that a vender would say something about a item that they carry.
blows my mind.

On a side note if you know your going to be driving above the factory limits of your brakes, upgrade everything else aside from the brake pad. A good rotor with a non directional finish is good. Never track a turned rotor(IMO). Get good brake fluid and lines if you can.
