Fogo de Chão is one of the best place I've ever been to. This Brazilian churrascaria steakhouse serves meat like no other. Last time was the first time I've ever been there. It is pretty much a meat buffet, perfect for meat lovers. Pretty much all the meat they serve are grilled by open fire. They serve all sorts of steaks. From fillet mignon to flank steak and from leg of lamb to the loin of pork. One of the most interesting services of this restaurant is the way they serve the meat. Servers will roam around with a kind of meat with them while its still hot. While diners have a double sided (green/red) circular card for the server to read. When diners are ready for the meat, they would flip the card over, displaying the green side. Servers then will ask the diners whether they want the kind of meat they have or not. Suppose the server is serving the flank steak or the meat of beef ribs, diners, while each given a tong, will grasp the meat while the meat is being carved. The diner also gets to choose how raw or how fully cook the meat is. Aside from the meat, diners gets to start with a salad buffet. But who gives a damn when you're really there for the meat. Wine selection there is huge. Furthermore, they have really really really good cheese bread along with fried banana and another side dish i forgot about. Finally the dessert is not unlimited. However, the one I've chose was the pureed papaya ice cream with a shot of some liquer. That was delicious, as much as I dislike alcohol. The interior of this restaurant is dim but not too dark. Bright enough to see what you're having while giving diners a relaxing vibe. As far as the price goes, its quite pricy, but it's well worthy of a try, especially for meat lovers. $50/person for dinner, $32/person for lunch.

They deserve their good rating on the Zagat Survey, needless to say. ^_^
