yea sure, free stuff sounds good.

What do you guys want? I'm not made of money o_O

I'm in marketing here at Tamiya so if you want brochures, catalogs, etc... just let me know. Or if you guys buy a car I can paint it for you since I get paint/supplies for free. Maybe customize it to your actual real life suby

Daniel Minx? Yes, I worked with him!

Unfortunately he had a mountain bike accident where he broke his neck. He's been in therapy the past year or so.

SubyN00by: send me a PM please.

In the meantime:

I looked around for a new car and was split between the 350z track edition, EVO and STi. I drove them all and test drove the STi last, just to "never wonder", and loved it. Bought one 3 days later. Get one and then paint yourself a model to match.

It doesn't help when you walk into a dealership and they won't even let you test drive the car. Maybe cause I look like i'm 14 or something.

Back in '00 my cousin and I were in his 2.5RS and some guy in another Subaru was practically hanging halfway out his window to wave at us on the highway. Ever since then i've had my eye on a Suby, heh.

Ahhh... I remember him telling me he used to be a sushi chef. Geez, small world. I saw him about 3 months ago when we met up with old employees for dinner.

Definitely an awesome guy, he took me off-roading in the back lot behind Tamiya with his Land Cruiser, haha

I'm still in training Master Yoda. My suby friends warned me the last time I took them that the record is 8 bowls? I'll need to stretch the stomach a few more times by practicing with grapes.

If that's the case then I'll need a few more paychecks. How about we just meet up for Boba or food first, I can afford that one. heh

Yea, I know David Jun. He's my co-worker. He actually tracks his motobike nowadays. I'll forward this thread to him, you guys can duke it out on the street.

PM me if you want a Tamiya catalog. (super top secret)

14?!?! o_O Ok, I don't think any amount of practice or puking will end up with me accomplishing that (or 7 for that matter).

I've been told that Santa Monica Subaru is the place to go? I'm going to the Subaru drive event this Saturday, but I don't think any STi models will be there.

Haha, ok... i'll tell him you are Masami. Might as say you are Surikarn or Hara (might be a better choice)

As for the catalog, i'm staring at a huge stack of them right next to me. You know you want one.
