From speaking to several law enforcement people, I am being told to tell you to file a complaint with the CHP. At he very least, I am bring told that a car should have been dispatched to thevehicle owner's residence.

Also, don't erase the voicemail you have and I believe you can also ask for the 911 tape.

 

Wow. Another thing to do is disable him. Tap him a bit until he hits a wall. Self-defense. But that'll depend on your surroundings. Glad to hear you both are ok.

 

I'll be posting pics of the "bullet holes" on my myspace page here in a minute. They were actually just heavy indentations more than "holes". Those that know more about weapons than I do have said it looks to be from a "22" gun or a pellet/bb gun. Either way, the shots got so close that had one actually hit either of us, it would have meant very serious injury or death.

I did write to and call a few news stations last night. CBS TV was interested in doing an interview with me, however I told her that I wished to remain anonymous cause I don’t want this guy finding out anything about me, especially if it was some gang related thing. In fact, even though I had just stripped off the majority of my GG graphics, I left one “gravelgirl.com” sticker on the trunk, and I’m worried he may have seen it. My website has my name and phone number and I have no way to take it off or shut it down since I lost my friend’s phone number that was running it for me, (Neaners).

I’ve recorded the voicemail into a .wav file on my computer. If someone can tell/show me how to get it online you guys can hear it for yourself, but it’s just a one sided conversation.

Sigma – If you happen to see this guy, or the car, play PI for a minute and follow him as DL as possible. Get me an address and I’m sure I could find some friends to “handle” the situation for me.

Does anyone know how to get a name or address from a license plate number? That would work too.

Since I was driving my rally car and not a brand new (fill in expensive car here), I’m not worried about the damage and have no plans on fixing it. When Scott gets back into town he might want to go on air, but I have no interest. Features about me racing are one thing; Interviews about me getting shot at is another.

I think the DMV can get you name and address for a license plate number, not sure if they'll charge you for the info
