To All

How we behave at work has an effect on our associates,on our progress,on who we really are and ultimately what we will become. We need to have standards-and stick to them . We have to be moral and decent and honest and trustworthy. But here are a few others to help you become fantastically successful along the way.

* Treat your job as important and do it to the very best of your ability. Don't stand still but learn all the time, stay ahead of our industry and new developments.
* Always be on the look out for ways to improve the lot of everyone around you rather than just yourself. Think in terms of "we" rather than "I". Whether you like it or want it,we are all part of a team and must fit in and be a part of that team both effectively and efficiently.
* Try to spread a little happiness as you go along. Don't badmouth people, stick up for the underdog , someday you maybe one. Compliment people and be genuine about it.Don't indulge in gossip.Keep your own counsel and be bit aloof , not too much , a little can go a long way.
* Dress appropriately and try to make a good impression.Maintain a high standard, Put in your time , pay your dues.Try not to go to work to fall a sleep or steal the pens or look for love. We are here to work, we are here to produce positive results,so let's get it on
* Try to be kind to colleagues. encourage them by example. Be a role model for new associates. Try to understand your boss's point of view , even going so far as to understand things from the company's point of view. and yes the company must recognize your point of view.
* Don't be frightened to put yourself forward or to volunteer. There are no kudos in being work shy. Be proud of being effective and efficient
* Know your boundaries. Know when to say "no" and mean it.Don't let anyone take advantage of your good nature. Be assertive without being overly aggressive
* Enjoy being who you are , what you do.Have a passion for your work. Have fun

I think this quote says it all."Do all the good you can, by all the means you can, in all the ways you can, in all the places you can, at all the times you can, to all the people you can, as long as ever you can."John Wesley

You should start sending your boss links of what you find and who you've been talking to. Maybe your boss will understand and join the team.

To All

The past two weeks have been extremely difficult both for me and my wife, we have had to reface some personal tragedies as well as do some serious soul searching. All of which has made me reflect on prior difficult moments in my life and how was I able to work through them. To a great degree without question I have benefited greatly from the pain. I am better because of those experiences. It was and is not easy , it takes a lot of hard work but it can be done. Here are my reflections, I hope they can help you when you find yourself in some self doubting moods.

If we were to honestly look back on our lives, we would mostly see that the greatest progress came about as a result of difficult circumstances -- sometimes emotionally devastating, sometimes even life-threatening. Thus, what we see as negative will have turned out to be the most positive thing that has ever happened to us! Thus, we can say that the negative, the bad is in fact the best good of our lives. This shattering thought that the negative is the ultimate form of positive raises many issue.

One is that life progresses through the confluence of the good and the "bad". This is as some would say just Nature's way of progress -- i.e. through contradictory opposites. It is a slow, difficult, and painful way, but believe me it succeeds in the end . It even seems like that is way it is suppose to be, better yet sanctioned.

However, there is a higher method of progress. It is through, I believe, methods of higher consciousness, which I can cumulatively call "Soul" -- as opposed to Nature. If we were more conscious to begin with, could we achieve the same aims without the pain, and those additional positives generated would unfold much more quickly than Nature's difficult way. I believe we can.

When we move to a deeper consciousness, when we gain a more profound knowledge, when we consciously direct the course of our lives instead of leaving it to the whims of whatever, progress occurs from positive to positive, not from positive + negative to positive. When we move our consciousness into the fiber of who we are and want to be, away from the surface, and move into the stillness and silence within, we will be able to see the world as it truly is.

Thus, at every moment we perceive the right thing to do, which causes us to make choices that tend to be far more positive and effective. Thus, though our own inner state we progress -- i.e. coming to the new positive only through the positive. Also, these positive-only results that come from our higher consciousness and the choices we make from there, tend to occur instantaneously; i.e. vast positive results move towards us in no time, avoiding the difficult and lengthy course of Nature. This "instantaneous miraculousness" that brings sudden good fortune through acts of higher consciousness, can very honestly lead to a life of continuous wonder and joy, as sudden good fortune continuously moves in your direction.

“The positive thinker sees the invisible, feels the intangible, and achieves the impossible.” Unknown

I was recently given a must read , "Taming The Dragons Of Change" by Dick Stieglitz Ph.D., wonderful insights , I strongly recommend you get it , read it, then share it

Thank you for helping make us better

Here I got some....

You know what I did before I married? Anything I wanted to.

Woman inspires us to great things, and prevents us from achieving them.

I had some words with my wife, and she had some paragraphs with me.

When a man steals your wife, there is no better revenge than to let him keep her

After marriage, husband and wife become two sides of a coin; they just can't face each other, but still they stay together.
