How/where did you tint?
Just got a MY03 Impreza WRX wagon in silver.. the windows are just begging to be tinted. Was wondering what % tint jobs you guys have done on your rides. I've heard 35% in a number of threads ... does anyone have an idea what the dealer tints them at ... I saw one on the lot and really liked it.
I don't want a limo tint... but I also want it to all blend in well. I have a factory job on my Pathfinder SE that I'm really happy with.
Also, can anyone recommend a really good tint shop in the Pasadena area?
thanks, --r

Wow 6%, that's dark. I had a limo tint on a prior sportscar and at night I could hardly see out the back. Reversing was another problem, tough to see where you're going.
Anyone know what % is legal in Cali?
I will check Mark's place out, thanks Rapid.

Dont' go to Pro Tint in Temple City. They suck nuts. They tinted my windows and left lint on the insides on the tint. Not really noticeable, but not perfect either.
Anyways, I got 10% all around including the windshield!

I forgot to add that they also tinted the front windshield and didn't cut it right, where the upper left top part of the piece had bare glass that was exposed. I didn't bother to have them redo it because they wanted the car for a whole day, and I didn't want the worker (who was probably pissed off) to screw with my car.
I dont have pics, but we can meet up if you want. It's easier to see with your eyes. Ask Benson (Ferretboy) what he thinks about them.
