i'd say.. call them out when necessary.. it took them almost 1 year to get the visor..
cmon.. you can't just collect someone's money and keep holding out on the product.. this is not china..

 

+1 on, with the exception of the name calling. If in fact it really has been a year. I think, as a service, the customer deserves at least a phone call, or email with regards to: the when's, the who's, the how's, so on and so forth. If the parts were something that was "Special order" and it took longer than 3 months... As a merchant, I would have refunded the full amount minus 10% to keep as a deposit until the product arrives. Or, if it was charged to a credit card, I would not have charged it until the items were in my possession (the merchant) and ready to ship. Please do not get me wrong, In no way am I trying to tell you how to run your business. However, If what Ruben claims is true.. It really makes the company look bad to other potential customers. However, though I totally respect and understand Rubens frustration, and I personally probably would have wanted to say the same thing.. I think Ruben could have shown a bit more restrain about it. All in all, I hope you guys work this out...

 

whoa so ruben did order these back when we did our visors
thats a lonnnng time ago. maybe there was another strike at the ports

 

from what i know they shipped them out to him but because of lack of experience (i.e. ship with some wood planks) juan of the visors was broken. so he returned it and is waiting for the replacement set. he ended up getting another juan from japan parts ...
