Well my car was tow yesterday... it was a mess cause my phone is in the car... I ended up walking for a long long time

Tow away zone near Rose Parade. I didn't see the no parking jan1-2 sign... it's 4am in the morning! Anyway according to the officer the 4 tow trucks are all flat bed. I think the tow guy got into my car because the seat and steering wheel position were different. Nothing was lost so I think it's the tow guy that did it. He either have mad skill or I forgot to lock my car.

I put another decal and it boosted my hp and I now have 10hp! WOOT!
I was on my way to morongo around 10pm. I guess I wasnt keeping an eye on my speed. It was windy as well so I was to focused fighting the stearing wheel. Next thing I know I see light flashing.
Officer suspected I was drunk and gave me the "follow the pin without moving you head" test. Then said he pulled me over for going 90 on a 70.
From what people have telling me is just wait till I get I somethign in the mail. The officer didnt really give me much info. I just want to know what I should do right when I get it. Pay it off and go to traffic school?
