Well, basically the road was wet and I was going into the turn at a slightly fast pace... it's normally how i drive wet or dry. so, I was on the outside lane next to the sidewalk and I think I hit the brakes to hard and the car started to slide due to the bad weather condition. There was a car, so I tried my best to avoid him and after that I just remember seeing a 30ft gusher >.<

hmmm....I think you have some frame damage, if so your car will be totaled. I'm not sure if it will, it's kinda hard to tell from the pics

****edited for spelling and for the sake of other people (randoms) challenging your intelligence.
Gotta be careful when driving in the rain, especially on the RE92s, they may have decent road ratings, but when it comes to rain, almost no tire has no traction what so ever.
