oh, ce-cert research is partnered up with CARB. hopefully i can get a stack of smog-legal stickers and papers.

I've never done jury duty. Every time I get a notice, I tell them I hate white people, they'll send a response about african-americans, I tell them I hate them as well, then they ask me what nationality am I? I tell them I'm american and I hate everybody.
