Morning I think I found my problem.
Water
heat is energy, energy is calories, calories is stored in fat. Water is uses to dissipates heat. Dissipate heat from your body means you are burning calories. Burn calories lose fat.
Thanks Kebin, your comment of "run not jog" made me think about ways to efficiently burn/process calories.
I'm tuning myself like the blue car. So I should start seeing results again.
