I'd have to agree, but I don't want to drive 1.5hrs from my norcal home to L/S. The last year I went to L/S was the year after that one Champ car driver got killed just before the corkscrew. He went in too hot, skidded off track, flipped and hit a tree (now cut down) top side first.

moderate yo food intake. I know some ppl who are on those 5 small meal type plans. you're not hungry for the whole day and you aren't overeating either.
