Morning! Glass bottles? You get to wear a hard hat to prevent your hair from getting singed?

I was inspecting satellites once at Loral when all of a sudden, one of the other ones near me crashed to the ground.

yeah, maybe i should have brought food to cook in there, but there was lots of dust floating around so it may not have been tasty.

no hair nets or hard hats. just safety glasses and earplugs.

Why don't you go get a massage? Or see a chiropractor?

haha ya, kinda looks that way. But, i think you just have to do something before you go to sleep. Maybe you can exercise, watch a boring movie, or drink warm milk with honey in it, etc....

This next one is kinda extreme, but one thing you can try is to force yourself to stay awake at the times you feel like sleeping. Then you sleep at a normal time. For example, if you feel like sleeping at 6pm when you normally sleep at 12 midnight, then stay awake till 12midnight. Then shut off the lights, tv, everything and just lie in bed. Sometimes taking a shower helps before bed. Dunno how you usually do it, but its just a suggestion...
