I'm sure there are ways to repair that without replacing parts (which is what is happening to mine). The scrape on the bumper will be fixed with some sort of epoxy fill, resanded and repainted. As for the rear quarter panel, they will try like the dickens not to replace things. There is a chance the repair might not be as expensive as you might think.

Of course, if you catch the *** who did it, go ***** out and charge it to his/her insurance.
