university of bahama and santa monica college accepted me. they said I can grad in 3 months. sweet deal.

run as in slow jog.

started because i was so out of shape and thought it would help my back. in better shape now, but my back is still jacked.

have you try stretching or stretching a few times a week? i'm talking about 30 - 45 minutes of just stretching not... the 20 sec gym class stretches.
