Fraud Alert: Sean Eberz
I bought an Sti exhaust off eBay from seller Sean Eberz a month ago. He never sent it. Paypal froze his account and was on able to recover some of my money. I don't want to see anyone else get burned. I have a phone# for him if anyone needs it. He lives in Santa Barbara.

I've been burned a few times on Ebay...when you find out where these deadbeats live, they refund you real quick!

thats my fuc*!ng brother!!!!! no joke, i just asked him whats up, and he said that the shipping address was not confirmed on paypal or somthing, and he lagged to call you back on it, and when you said that you were going to take your money back he didnt even bother sending it out, he said that he just replied to an email you sent him, my brother is lazy and shouldnt be allowed to be on ebay, sorry not much i can do, im just the lil sis

He didn't reply to me. My address is confirmed because I ship and receive items all the time on Ebay and other bulletin boards without problems. I gave him 3 weeks to send it or reply to my many emails before I disputed the transaction. Tell him to send the money.

shane why you gotta bring my tahoe into this? i will be getting my subie very soon, as soon as some one buys my dam truck,your just jealous because my subie will be better than your RS 
and axxe why did you go post not only my brothers address but mine as well in the NASIOC forum? this can be resolved between you and my brother, i dont think its necassary to include everyone else, its one thing to say "dont buy from this guy" which i personally think is a good idea, to inform others, but really just try and resolve it between you two. thanks---kimbo

I have been trying to resolve this with him for 3 weeks. He doesn't respond to phone calls or emails. How do you suggest that I get in touch with him? When I get the money, I will delete all of this.
Someone also sent me your brother's work address, work phone number, and home phone number. He can make this all go away. Tell him to send a money order. I don't even want the exhaust any more. And my address is verified. My turbo showed up last Wednesday and an exhaust piece came yesterday.

He has finally emailed me. I think this will all be taken care of soon. At least I hope so. Yet to see any money.
