The way they made it sound is that YOU are going to get tested although that isn't their regular practice. I think that b/c you stated it so openly, they were taken back and don't want to hire a "drug user" even though you seem to be very well qualified. Also, I don't think correcting your prospective employer is a good way to make a positive impression.

Yeah, I didn't realize where the thread was coming from, I just saw it on the main page. I put the smiley there to let people know that I was being soft with my reply. You guys can take it how you want.

I didn't think that he was really trying but the qualifications that he listed sounded good. Still ESX is a company that has done very well for themselves so why would you say that they suck ***?

Personally I can give a damn. If a job is willing to pay me more than what I am making where I am at. Sure, but the problem with ESX is they are in and they are out all the time. Sure they have their race team, but on the shop and business side, skip. The amount of drama that I have seen on various forums makes the hour glass turn and these are the days of our lives.

ESX isn't even a vendor on i-club...

let alone Nasioc

My qualifications are up there. Ask any of the local peeps that have know me and have visited me and the many events I have completed through my career in racing.

ESX as a company for racing is famous, thats a given. Even Subaru decided to release an ESX package through the dealerships.

Now my problem:

Company image does not stand high amongst many people. People refer to ESX as a joke because their history of claiming fame. It is not utter jealousy and hate, its perhaps what they are being compared to. I will give them props, they were the first outbreak company to do something in the very beginning. It was almost as much as what Prodrive did in the UK for Subaru. However ESX fell short and failed at many attempts to keep them on top. You have other companies with less marketing efforts blowing them out of the water with quality work, and faster lap times.
