i always die on lvl 34

 

always start with arrow towers. they're fast and they can cover large proximity. Then move on to fire elemental towers. you want to cover as much of the path as possible. it is essential to place a tower in the middle since it easily covers 40% of the traveling that's been done.

i always die on lvl 36 or 37.

Trick is you have to get combo tower asap and don't build more than what you need to pass the level.
At the end i had about 10 combo tower.

upgrade after the level is over if possible (to get more interest).
sell the cannon towers once you get enough for combo towers. 2000 + range vs 40 dmg is definitely worth it.
after a certain level (forget which one) cannons do almost nothing, and IMHO, it's better to sell them for the extra interest for more combos than it is to keep them there.

 

damn i got like 10 up, but by then it was too late. i was panicking near the end and grabbing more lives...
